Youth Air Rifle Program
***The
youth teams will be participating in a variety of air rifle and indoor
small bore competitions from January through May and the youth teams
will practice Monday nights throughout the competition season.***
Our Air Rifle Program for youth ages 10 to 18 will begin on
Monday, September 15th, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. The program will be held on
Monday nights from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., through December.
Youth will receive the NRA Basic Rifle Certification upon successful
completion. The class includes instruction in safety, operation of sporter air rifles,
and the fundamentals of rifle shooting. We also offer the opportunity
to begin participating in leagues and matches, for youth who are
interested in pursuing these options. Youths who have already
completed Basic Rifle in the Air Rifle or .22 program will not be
required to repeat the classroom portion of Basic Rifle, but will
receive refresher training as needed.
Match quality sporter air rifles are
provided for
use in the program. Each participant is required to provide their own safety

NEW YOUTH AIR PISTOL PROGRAM!
We will be adding Air Pistol to our Monday night youth
program for youths age 10 to 18. Contact Linda Tucker to enroll in the Monday night program.
