What is the club’s guest policy?
The Board of Directors established a guest policy, effective January 1, 2004. The policy is:
- Any member in good standing may purchase a one-day guest pass for ten dollars ($10.00)
- The guest pass are only available for purchase at the clubhouse using our self-serve system.
- Guest passes are no longer available at off-site locations.

This policy has been in effect as of January 1st, 2004, with addition of the self-serve system January 1st, 2026. An annual guest pass option is still available on your membership renewal form.

Thank You to Our Local Partners (previous off-site locations)!
We sincerely thank the following local businesses for many years of supporting HHA members by offering guest passes as a courtesy to the club:
- Staudt’s Gun Shop
- Ron Stine’s Barber Shop
- Hoffman Ford
- Camping World
These businesses did not profit from selling guest passes. We encourage members to continue supporting them as a thank-you for their long-standing support of Harrisburg Hunters & Anglers Association.
How the Self-Serve Guest Pass System Works
Located just inside the clubhouse front door
- Fill out a guest pass form using pen
- Paperclip the top copy to $10.00 exact change and place it in the drop box
- Keep the bottom copy — this is your proof of purchase and must be shown upon request

Important Reminders
- Only current members may purchase guest passes
- Each pass is valid for one guest, one day
- Members may bring up to two guests per day
- Guests must remain under direct supervision of the sponsoring member at all times
- All range rules apply to both the member and guest
Annual Guest Pass Option
Annual Guest Passes are $80 per year and allow a current member to bring a guest as often as they wish. This can be purchased through the virtual membership portal. For additional assistance please contact us at contact@harrisburghunters.org.
