• Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.

  • "New" applications received after October 1: membership is valid for remainder of current year and all of the membership year requested on application.

  • New vs Renewal Exception: If you were a member in the past 2 years, you may use the renewal form; otherwise, you must use a New Member Application form to obtain membership.

  • Renewal: If you do not renew your membership by December 31, your privileges to use any club facilities will be suspended (card keys will be disabled) until your renewal is received and processed.

• Age refers to the age of the applicant on January 1 of the membership year.

  • If a family has a child/children age 16 or older, that child/children must join as a Young Adult and not part of the Family. Please use a separate form for that child/children.

  • If changing from an Adult to Family membership, please use a New Member Application form and follow the instructions.

  • If a previous year’s junior member is 16 as of January 1, they must renew as a separate member. This includes children that are part of a family membership.

• New applications must be filled out entirely (please print clearly) before approval is given.

  • All applications are reviewed by Board of Directors. An instruction letter will be sent to applicant after approval. Depending upon the timing of receipt, it may be several weeks before the Board approves the application and the applicant receives letter.

  • Membership cards will not be issued to new members until the safety orientation program is attended.

  • Electronic card keys are used to access facilities. Card keys can be purchased at time of orientation for a fee of $6.00 each.

• Please allow at least two weeks to receive your membership card after we receive your membership renewal.

• Membership cards must be displayed at all times. Range rules must be followed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Daily Guest Passes:

  • Available for single day use for a fee.

  • Limit of 2 day guest passes per member per day.

  • Passes are sold by various designated personnel, see newsletter.

  • Please plan ahead for the purchase of day guest passes.

• Membership Type Descriptions:

  • Adult Membership: Ages 22-61, as of January 1st of Membership Year​​​

  • Family Membership: Primary applicant, spouse, and children under 16

  • Young Adult: ages 16 to 21, as of January 1st of Membership Year​​​

  • Senior Membership: ages 62 and older, as of January 1st of Membership Year​​​

  • Junior Membership: ages 0 to 15, as of January 1st of Membership Year​​​

  • Life Membership: any age

• Membership Add-Ons:​

  • Annual Guest Pass: allows a member to bring a guest to use the facilities, valid for the membership year​

• Membership Payment:

  • Please print clearly and fill out form completely to avoid delays in issuing card(s).

  • MAKE A NOTE OF ADDRESS CHANGES.

  • Checks Payable to: HH&A. Applicant will be responsible for all bank fees for a check returned for any reason.
