HHA's Youth BB Gun Riflemen Team

When the decision was made to host the 2022 PA BB Gun State Championship over a 3 day event rather than in just 1 full day, many outside factors were involved. Those factors seemed to disappear in February and March, but by that time we were unable to have this event in just 1 full day. HH&A hosted a very large number of shooters, coaches and parents over this time period. 7 shooting organizations brought 15 teams with a total of 89 shooters. Your own HH&A BB Gun team and shooters achieved their own highest shooting and testing score combined of 2224-36 out of 2500 possible points. As always, HH&A’s BB Gun shooters stepped up to the match and shot and tested above their averages. The HH&A BB Gun team placed 5th. We have a young team and they worked very hard this year.

The BB Gun team wishes to thank all HH&A’s volunteers who came out and helped with this event, from cleaning the ranges, attending the various stages of the event and the range officers. I, personally, wish to thank the BB Gun parents, coaches and volunteers to make this event run as smoothly as possible. Thank you all. Burt “Rusty” Stockton

CRITICAL ALERT:
‘ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN’ VOTE SOON

CONTACT YOUR U.S. REPRESENTATIVE TODAY!

Late July 20, 202, the U.S. House Judiciary Committee advanced flawed legislation that would ban the sale of commonly-owned rifles, shotguns, handguns and standard capacity magazines. In addition, the committee also approved legislation to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) and to put law enforcement in danger by allowing the public release of sensitive law enforcement data on crime firearms.

Both bills could be voted on by the full House of Representatives as early as next week.

It is critical that you call your U.S. Representative today and urge a “NO” vote on H.R. 1808, the so-called “Assault Weapons Ban” of 2022, and H.R. 2814, the so-called “Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act.”

IMPORTANT:  PLEASE send this Critical Alert to ALL of your friends and contacts and ask them to contact their Representative and urge a “No” vote as well.
